Rada refused to deprive the early Vakarchuk parliamentary powers

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine did not prematurely withdraw parliamentary powers leader of the band Okean Elzy Svyatoslav Vakarchuk. For depriving the artist of the mandate was made by 175 deputies, while the required minimum is 226 votes.
