Roskomnadzor has cancelled the Telegram lock

The operation to cancel the lock of the messenger Telegram, which operated in Russia from April 2018. The Supervisory authority is explained by the fact that the leadership of the Telegram expressed their readiness to counter terrorism and extremism.
