US Navy landing dock Oak Hill headed for the Black Sea

The US Navy landing dock Oak Hill began the transition to the Black Sea, the US Sixth Fleet press service said on June 18 on its Twitter page. It is specified that the landing ship was sent to the Black Sea in order to join the US destroyer Porter for joint patrols. According to the press service, the presence of these two ships in the Black Sea will strengthen security and expand cooperation with regional partners.
