The European Union imposed sanctions against Russia over cyber attacks

The European Union has imposed sanctions on four Russians who named GRU officers for alleged cyber attacks WannaCry, NotPetya and Cloud Hopper. Also, under restrictions, was the Main center of special technologies of the General staff of the armed forces. In the Federation Council, these actions called unfriendly steps of Europe, made at the behest of the elder brothers of Washington.
